Beliefs and Behaviors
There are two parts to everyone: the inner self and the outer self.
The inner self is concerned with beliefs, assumptions, and the stories we tell ourselves. For many, our thoughts and patterns are so deeply ingrained they’re hard to notice and we take them for granted.
It can be liberating when we acknowledge them and let them go. That’s why it is worth determining what they are.
The outer self, our behaviors—actions and habits—are usually easier to identify, just not always so easy to change.
