Empowering People
Be careful about disempowering your people. You don’t empower them by directing them on every daily task. You empower them by discussing the goals of the task and developing their character, skills and them as human beings. When you do this, you will find an empowered team that thinks out loud and, more often, makes the right decision with the goal in mind.
