A Solid Way to Get Feedback From Your Team
An Energy Leadership 360 Performance Review is a valuable way to get solid feedback from your team, co-founders, board members, and other stakeholders within your company and life. It helps you make course corrections in your leadership that supports your growth and the growth of your company. By learning and applying the principles, you can increase your ability to shift your own energy and the energy of those around you.
The compiled Feedback Report allows you to see things in your leadership that are working or not working and the things that need to change.
Energy Leadership refers to both a particular and unique form of leadership, and also, literally, to the process of leading energy, so that it works for you rather than against you. When you do that, you will help inspire and motivate yourself and others, feel a greater sense of purpose, get more done with much less effort and stress, and constantly attract positive and powerful people and success to you.
When you participate in The Energy Leadership Index, the following things will occur:
- You identify up to 25 people who have insight into you and the company.
- You will select the names and email addresses for your participants to include up to five of the following categories: Manager, Peer, Direct Report, Vendor, Customer/Client, Family Member, Friend.
- Please fill out the online form honestly. Responses will be combined with colleagues’ responses and represented as an average.
- All processing is handled by a third party, and as the coaches, we will not have access to any individual responses. It is very important that you put your name on the survey form so that the processor can ensure that your responses are included in the proper rating category. Again, be assured that your individual responses and your name are NOT identified in the Feedback Report.
- You and your coach review the Feedback Report together and co-create a personalized, actionable development plan.
